You are the first person a guest interacts with once they arrive to the parking facility. In this role, you will improve the parking experience by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting guests. Alongside your fellow team members, you'll elevate the patient experience this is where our #hellohumankindess culture shines!

Location

• University Hospital in San Antonio, TX

Hours of Operation (FT and PT available)

• Saturday and Sunday (Must work an 8-hour shift)
  • 1 PM to 9 PM
  • 9 PM to 5 AM

Position Overview

• Greet patients and guests as they arrive at the parking facility
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist patients and guests in entering and exiting the parking garage
• Answer general inquiries such as shuttle transportation, directions, and parking
• Assist with patients, visitors, and guests to the shuttle stop and their vehicle; please note this includes wheelchair assistance

Position Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is required; previous hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital employees and team members
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to 8 hours at a time in an indoor environment
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance
• Posses conflict resolution skills and experience when dealing with difficult situations
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable persons with disabilities to perform the essential functions
