POSITION SUMMARY:
The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for supporting Tasting Room staff in clearing tasting areas, cleaning and buffing stemware, restocking bags/boxes throughout the Tasting Room, breaking down boxes, bringing out recycling and occasionally carrying guests wine orders to their car. Clears and resets tables and bars in a speedy and efficient manner as guests leave various tasting areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clear tables after guests leave.- Between seated tastings promptly clean tables, chairs and check floor for debris or wine spills.
- Reset tour table with all appropriate items.
- Assist guests with transporting wine orders to their vehicles.
- Restocking of glassware and dishes to the appropriate areas.
- Cleans inside and outside of dishwashing machine to maintain proper operation.
- Washes glassware, flatware, and dishes by hand or using dishwasher.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated areas.
- Assist in set-up and breakdown of tastings, tours and events.
- Bussing for private events; set-up and breakdown of bussing stations.
- Inspect restrooms every hour and clean/restock as needed.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in restaurant or winery setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatile and willing to work with enthusiasm.
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff, management and guests.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good judgment to make timely and sound decisions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Occasional bending, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Possess a good sense of humor, strong work ethic, and willing attitude.
- Must pass pre-employment testing: physical, drug screen and lift test.
