Candidates will be expected to:

• Engage guests proactively
• Handle multiple phone lines at once
• Accommodate guests under pressure
• Follow a proper seating rotation
• Accurately update floor plan
• Complete side duties
• Have exemplary communication skills
• Professional dress required
