7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11PM
We are looking for an experienced and personable individual to join our team of Front Desk Agents. The ideal candidate has solid customer service skills, an outgoing personality and a commitment to providing excellent guest service. The Front Desk Agent position is responsible for checking guests in and out, handling money and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Greet customers and direct them to the proper location.
- Take care of billing issues.
