Now hiring cheerful, reliable house cleaners with no nights or weekend work required. Flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We provide positive support to ensure healthy, happy employees with stable hours that match their availability. Jobs assigned are usually within a 15-mile radius from employee's home if they live within our territory (Fallbrook, Bonsall, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, and Escondido). Previous experience is a plus but not required. Paid training is provided at minimum wage. After paid training ($14/hr), hourly pay will be increased to $17-$18 per hour.
Candidates must have:
- Cellphone
- The ability to bend, squat, lift, and twist with minimal discomfort.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- The ability to pass drug screen test.
As a House Cleaner for our company, you will:
- Perform general cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, taking out the trash, and cleaning bathrooms.
Benefits:
- Sick pay of 8+ days per year-with sick pay bonuses when sick days not used.
- Vacancy cleaning bonus of an additional $1 per hour
- Weekend Bonus of an additional $1 per hour for weekend cleaning (weekend cleaning not a requirement).
