Wonderful family in Bexley looking for a very organized, punctual, self starting House Manager to commit to their family for 2 years. Not looking for a nanny - this is only house manager duties.

Must have house management experience + available to start in February 2023!

Full Time House Manager Details:
Location: Bexley, OH
Start Date: ASAP or January 2023
Pay: $25/hr BOE
Details: House Manager duties ONLY. Family has twin 10 year olds but you won't be dealing with kids at all, more so scheduling and managing their activities. Duties will include organizing, laundry, cleaning, making appointments, errands, etc. Looking for someone responsible, reliable, organized, and able to wear many different hats for the family!

**Ideally wants longer than 2 year commitment
**Physical Job - going up and down 3 flights of stairs all day (laundry on both floors)
**No interaction with people or children besides the dry cleaning lady

Daily Tasks:
(a) Organizing and maintaining seasonal wardrobes, switching out seasonal items and properly storing any out of season items
(b) Scheduling personal, home, car, and landscaping maintenance/care with approved vendors
(c) Providing watering and care of household plants and flower arrangements
(d) Performing errands for the household, as assigned by Employer
(e) Perform a variety of light cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing
(f) Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Employer's standards
(g) Make up beds and change linens as required
(h) Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
(i) Packing and unpacking family suitcases for travel
(j) Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies or other safety hazards and notify Employer of any damages, deficits and disturbances
(k) Check levels of consumables throughout the house and replace when appropriate
(l) Doing household laundry, which includes sorting, washing, folding, steaming, and putting away laundry
(m) Keeping inventory of household products and informing Employer of when it is time to reorder stock
(n) Unpacking and stocking deliveries as they arrive at the house and breaking down and disposing of delivery boxes
(o) Contributing to a good working relationship with others in the household
(p) Generally assisting as a "Mommy's Helper" in household tasks
(q) Providing reasonable flexibility in the event of emergencies or other circumstances
(r) Clean dining areas and kitchen appliances with approved cleaners, maintaining a sanitary environment
(s) Wiping kitchen table, counters, and kitchen floor with "Squeegee" (or equivalent) after meals
(t) Upon mutual agreement and availability for Additional Hours, provide assistance setting out food and clearing food and dishes for social events
(u) Load and put away dishes in dishwasher, and hand wash skillets and other cookware, utensils, drinkware, etc. that cannot be placed in dishwasher
(v) Providing house sitting and cat sitting services when Employer travels out of town.
(w) Care of the following children: Ari and Elizabeth Weinberg as follows (including but not limited to):
i. When the children are in the Employee's care, provide continuous care without relinquishing custody of the children to any other person without the consent of the Employer
ii. Being a good role model for the children
iii. Communicating with the Employer promptly about any special child or work related concern or problem
v. Transporting and supervising the children when needed for their activities
vi. Planning and preparing meals and snacks for the children or assisting Employer with such tasks
vii. Working cooperatively with others that are concerned with the children's well-being

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
