Job description
The Harrisburg Area YMCA is looking to hire a housekeeper for our Association Office for 3 hours a week. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas and disposing of trash. The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.
Responsibilities include:
-Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained on all three floors.
-Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
-Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
-Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
-Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
-Collecting and disposing of trash.
Qualifications:
-high school diploma or GED
-must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-work well unsupervised
-ability to manage time efficiently
-hard worker
-ability to maintain a professional experience and interact with YCMA employees
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
