What Your Work Environment Will Be:

What Your Day May Look Like:

· Clean the office, clubroom, restrooms, common areas, and amenities.

· Clean model and vacant apartments, including assisting with the make-ready process.

· Vacuum and shampoo carpets. Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.

· Wipe, scrub, dust, clean, and polish furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and windows.

· Clean and sanitize restrooms and frequently touched surfaces.

· Dispose of trash and assist with trash removal procedures.

· Wash and dry towels, linens, and other items to be ready for use.

· Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order more as approved.

· Work and communicate effectively with the team.

· Report necessary repairs and provide support as needed.

• Remove trash, litter, and debris from community grounds and landscaping.

• Implement trash removal procedures, including operate the trash compactor and move trash dumpsters to and from designated locations for trash removal.

· Clean swimming pools, decks, and outdoor areas. Confirm safety standards are met.

· Maintain proper chemical levels in pool water and maintain logs.

· Ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter.

• Assist with the make-ready process, including removing trash and other items.

• Maintain storage areas, trash rooms, trash chutes, and dumpster areas.

• Distribute resident notices as requested.

• Water community plants, flowers, and grass where irrigation is not available and as needed.

• Complete assigned service requests and preventive maintenance measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
