Job Responsibilities
- Engages in a variety of housekeeping duties throughout the facility, such as but not limited to, dusting furniture, vacuum cleaning and scrubbing floors, polishing furniture, cleaning blinds, keeping bathrooms clean and sanitary.
- Folds and distributes clean linens as needed.
- Keeps furniture clean and immediately reports items needing repair and safety issues to the coordinator.
Work experience and skills, knowledge and attributes
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to notice and take care of the little things that make a room or a building look presentable
- Must be able to clean a room to a fine degree of detail, to make it ready for sale to potential resident
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to understand verbal and written communication in English
