Tammah is looking for motivated professionals to support the housekeeping side of operations of its off-grid location in beautiful Island Park, Idaho.

Housekeeping Lead Overview:
As a Housekeeping lead, you play a vital role in giving our guests an excellent first impression of their tent. You will be responsible for cleaning the units and making sure our tent accommodations are clean, well-maintained, and replenished to ensure that our guests to enjoy their stay. This position is seasonal and can include free rustic employee housing if needed. While the season at Tammah - Yellowstone will end at the end of September, additional work opportunities may exist in the off season for the right individual. Flexible pay structure depending on candidate preferences (could be hourly, fixed amount per unit cleaned, or a combination of the two).

Our ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate the stamina to work hard and fast in varying weather conditions.
• Interact regularly with co-workers and guests in a genuine, professional manner.
• Report concerns that need attention to the Glamping Site Manager in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems effectively
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Occasionally work with our Glamping Site Manager on other projects where extra help is needed
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Able to follow direction and work efficiently
• Friendly Team-Player

Other Details:

• Successful candidates will be considered for offers at other properties when Tammah-Yellowstone's season ends.
• Basic accommodations may be provided during the season depending on individual scenarios
• The corporate team is in Utah, but operations staff is onsite at one of our parks for the majority of the summer (potential continued work in the off season)
