Job description
A Night Cleaner Attendant with Jonathan Club is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas, including lobby, elevators, public restrooms, executive offices and continues effort to deliver outstanding members services.
Maintains the cleanliness of the public areas- Cleans designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greets guests in a friendly manner
- Maintains cleanliness of employees lockers rooms
- Reports maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
- Delivers guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
- Collects all trash from the service landings and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters
- Be able to push, pull, lift
- Be able to walk and stand for majority of the shift
- Be able to bend, reach, twist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3 years of previous experience preferred
