Position Summary:

Room Attendants are responsible for making sure our rooms are always fresh and welcoming for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Room Attendants must have attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to clean rooms and public areas thoroughly in order to succeed in this position. Room Attendants play a physical role and will be on their feet for most of the day. Room Attendants must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends or holidays, if needed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make sure our rooms are always at their best. We have standards but it’s up to you to make that room special and memorable for guests.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Keep all public areas neat and tidy.
• Help guests with any special requests or needs.
• Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
• Stay on top of supplies and organization, and always try to minimize waste.
• Log any lost and found property in the room.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
• May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects.
• Act with honesty and integrity at all times throughout your job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned to you.
• Must follow and complete daily checklist provided by the General Manager.
