We are looking for a hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our team as our Housekeeping Supervisor. Hours are approximately 9am-5pm, with schedule flexibility. The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and is responsible to ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limitations. Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Inspect cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas

• Report needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms

• Ensure all room attendants have appropriate supplies and linens

• Assist in cleaning/servicing of guest rooms when necessary

• Assist in processing AM/PM room status reports

• Ensure room attendants linen cart is neat and well organized

• Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and events per staffing levels for customer service goals.

• Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars

• Teach employees importance of, and how to greet guests and courteously solve guest requests

• See that inspection program is consistently maintained

• Assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed

• Work closely with all other Departments

• Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
