Person Directed Supports Inc. is looking for a Housing Coordinator to join their Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining Service program. The Housing Coordinator will help people with disabilities obtain housing and provide the support they need to successfully live on their own. This involves but it not limited to finding locations, working with property managers, running a budget, setting up utilities, finding housemates if needed, helping the person sustain housing and writing quarterly reports. The Housing Coordinator will also be assisting with the development of curriculum classes that will assist Individuals learn the basics of living on their own. An applicant will need to demonstrate a history of experience in real estate matters (real estate license not required). This position requires travel between the Lancaster, York and surrounding areas and must be available for flexible hours as housing concerns can come up at any time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.20 per hour
