The Housing Support Associate is responsible to function in direct service capacity as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The HSA provides housing support, training, and assistance to priority Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) consumers in the Transitional Age Youth Program in order to help them identify, secure and maintain affordable housing of their choice.

Alongside other team members, the Housing Support Associate assists in ensuring that daily operations within the workgroup are consistent with TSI's mission statement and guiding principles as well as the agency’s Psychiatric Rehabilitation Approach Mission statement and values.

$1,000.00 Sign on Bonus

** Schedule: 9A-5P Monday-Friday. (May require later shift or weekend for emergencies)

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology or other social service field plus 1 year of Mental Health, Residential, Forensic, Drug and Alcohol or Human Service experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PA driver’s license required
