SURESTAFF is immediately hiring HR Admin for a large, well-known client in Lincolnshire, IL. As a HR Admin for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Clerical Duties and Office Support
- Warehouse Operations Support
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials
- Maintain and update files and database
- Respond to VOE inquiries, new hire background checks, and coordinate orientations
- Take detailed notes during meetings or type/transcribe and edit memos and notes provided from meetings
- Organize meeting schedules
- Prepare travel arrangements
- Schedule appointments and conferences
- Prepare documentation related to benefits, unemployment, FMLA, and disability.
- Prepare mailings and packages for delivery
- Maintain files containing confidential information
- Photocopy and fax as needed
- Associate’ s degree required. Bachelor' s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
- APHR or willingness to obtain in 6months
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
