We are committed to providing exceptional and quality care to our residents. Saint Anne is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR department! If you are someone with experience filing, recruiting and orienting new employees, this is the position for you!

Essential Functions:

• Maintain employee files
• Understand employee handbook policies
• Take an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientating new hires
• Adjust timeclock entries for employees
• Process electronic and paper documentation for employee
• Complete interview folders for directors/supervisors
• File pertinent data in personnel files on a weekly basis
• Complete employee verifications, work references and interrogatories as needed
• Use HRIS to compile HR reports
• Process paperwork for active and terminated employees
• Conduct New Hire Orientation every two weeks

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Further education in business/accounting or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of two years administrative and payroll experience
• Proficient in Computer skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with co-workers, residents and families both written and orally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
