At CCHP, we provide our patients with an array of services through an integrative, community health, team-based approach. This includes medication-assisted treatment; outpatient substance use treatment; group and individual counseling; play therapy; psychiatry; parenting classes; overdose prevention training; vocational/educational counseling; primary care services such as: internal medicine, pediatrics, prevention and treatment of HIV, Hepatitis C treatment, hypertension, diabetes and asthma, and health education; and access to our free playroom.

CCHP is looking for a candidate that will serve as the right hand to the Director of HR and provide significant support.
The ideal candidate will partner with HR and HR related initiatives that will engage and grow talent, build employee loyalty through our employee value proposition and drive the people strategy through operational effectiveness. This position is part time (2-3 days a week), is on-site, and reports to the Director of Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Act as backup person for bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now
- Run reports through ADP Workforce Now
- Act as point person for employee related questions regarding benefits, payroll, and onboarding.
- Support HR initiatives and projects
- Implement HR programs within the organization,
- Analyze data and metrics in order for strategic business planning purposes.
- Collaborates with HR Director, and program managers teams to implement policy updates, process improvements, streamline onboarding practices and provide improved training programs.
- Assist in maintaining records to meet HR Compliance regulations.
- Assist with audits.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior ADP payroll processing experience/knowledge.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative with clients and co-workers. Strong interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
- Superior relationship building skills.
- HRIS proficiency (ADP Workforce a plus).
- HR generalist experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
- Communication skills - finance associates work cohesively within financial teams, so
- they must be strong, detailed communicators. Demonstrable written communication skills are also important, especially when compiling financial reports.
- Attention to detail - especially when generating and preparing reports and, so a keen and observant eye is crucial.
- Problem-solving skills
