WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Complete assigned recruiting responsibilities, which may include posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling, traveling to and conducting interviews as necessary. Make decisions about which candidates to advance in the process in order to fill positions with the most qualified candidate.
  • Maintain efficient and thorough processes and procedures to support assigned activities.
  • Research, analyze and make recommendations related to compensation and benefits for assigned divisions. Compensation and benefits may include selecting company cars, reviewing salary surveys, considering new or revised benefit offerings, interpreting current benefit policies, etc.
  • Implement approved changes to compensation and benefits for assigned divisions.
  • Provide timely support for various employment transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, separations, salary changes, etc. Support tasks may include the coordination of equipment for the field sales employees (i.e. company cars, computer office equipment, other tools needed to perform their positions, etc.), benefit processing, compensation reviews/communications, etc.
  • Effectively administer various employee and HR programs which may include one or all of the following: Global Sales Meeting, Defensive Driving, Office Events, Performance Management, Individual Development Program, Sales Contests, and Training Sessions.
  • Keep up to date on various fair employment practices and guidelines related to assigned divisions or responsibilities and share relevant findings for further consideration.
  • Understand benefit plans to provide information to company employees as required. Respond to inquiries and act in accordance with established policies and procedures (i.e. administering leave programs).
  • Keep up to date on Human Resources compliance issues (such as ADA, Family Medical Leave, etc.) and share relevant findings for further consideration.
  • Maintain appropriate HR related policies and provide input and advice on other policies as requested.


HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Two years of applicable Dart Human Resources experience, 2 years outside HR experience or a total of 2 years combined applicable Dart and outside work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight, both domestically and internationally.
  • Intermediate to advanced language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) with an emphasis on professional business language may be required, depending on the position. Required language dependent on department needs.
