BioCentriq is a full service CDMO specializing in autologous and allogeneic cell therapies and gene therapies. Our team of expert scientist and quality professionals work with clients to translate ground-breaking treatments into the clinic. BioCentriq’s state-of-the-art facilities include process development laboratories as well as GMP manufacturing facilities to support clinical manufacturing. BioCentriq was launched in 2019 by NJII (a New Jersey Institute of Technology Corporation) and became a wholly owned subsidiary of GC (GC Biopharma) in May 2022.

Our Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to our HR department, helping with the coordination of employee activities including hiring, and coordinating the company's benefit plans for employees. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong attention to detail, record keeping experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll (Kronos Ready)
• Maintain employee records
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding process
• Manage and approve time sheets for hourly based employees
• Assist with employee's compensation related inquiries
• Perform employee evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
