**Please Note : This Position's schedule is 1pm-10pm (ON-SITE - NO REMOTE or HYBRID SCHEDULE)
Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks including providing general office support with a variety of administrative activities, as well as, providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department or other departments as assigned. Communicating effectively with team members at all levels throughout the organization is critical to the success of the Human Resource Coordinator.
Essential Functions
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests as assigned.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as assigned
- Assist with HR projects or other department projects as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Assists with onboarding and conversion activities as assigned
- Collect and record pertinent attendance and payroll information and escalate concerns quickly and accurately
- Assists HRBP or HR Coordinator with administering, documenting, and recording leaves and workers compensation paperwork as assigned
- Assists HRBP or HR Coordinator with the preparation of employee separation notices and related documentation as assigned
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high levels of professionalism is crucial to the success of this position
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Human Resources related experience
- Bi-lingual preferred

- Attention to detail
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision required
- Must be able to work well with team members at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding in garment construction, garment measuring, quality control/assurance.
- Able to perform all manner of order fulfillment functions, departments include Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Receiving.
- Proven abilities for collecting, understanding, analyzing, and reporting data for continued process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Company/Industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Must have proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
