HR Coordinator
Location: Marlborough MA 01752
Pay: $33.00 /hour
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
**Hybrid, 3 days onsite a week**
NEED:
- 1 year of experience
- HR experience
- Associates or bachelor’s with focus in HR
Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Perform general administrative duties which may include meeting management, calendar management, supply maintenance and mail distribution.
- Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage/enter data in one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits Learning and/or Recruitment.
- Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures.
- Manage onboarding of new hires including background verifications and paperwork assistance
