Chubb is hiring a Global HR Analyst to assist with ongoing Taleo business-as-usual work and the transition to Oracle HCM. This role will report into the AVP Global HR Operations.In this role, you will primarily a ssist in day-to-day production support for Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving data and system related issues, unexpected results, or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, or alternate methods to meet requirements. This role will also support the HCM ORC Product Implementation Team with analysis, process and change management resources, and testing of the Recruiting and Onboarding (Journey) Modules.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production support for Taleo and Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving data and system related issues, unexpected results, or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of quarterly system upgrades and patches and provide effective communication to our clients.
Assist in the rollout/implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding modules Internationally.
Assist in defect resolution and testing new functionality released to end users.
Assist in production support and testing new/modified functionality for PeopleSoft HRMS
Write, maintain, and support a variety of ad-hoc reports, queries and/or scheduled data audits in Taleo Oracle Business Intelligence and PeopleSoft HR.
Partner with HR and Business Partners/Managers to maintain data integrity in systems and resolve data inaccuracies in a timely manner.
Follow all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with HR standards for transactions and data maintenance.
Assist with process/customer service improvements and prepare and maintain process documentation for internal HR use.
Provide ad-hoc and refresher training sessions for Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding, as needed.
Maintain security roles/user groups to ensure accurate functionality for users.
Perform special projects, review and correct vendor interface error logs, and other related duties as required.
Act as Tier I customer support for employee and HR inquiries within PeopleSoft HR and Taleo Support mailbox.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably Taleo Enterprise Edition, PeopleSoft HRMS, or Oracle HCM.
Experience with the Recruiting and Onboarding life cycle is preferred.
Understanding of HR systems design, structure, functions, and processes.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables/Vlookups), Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
Good analytical, problem solving, follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee data.
Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Highly driven and motivated individual.
