Title: HR Representative
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 12 Months
Description:

  • You will lead the intake process when it comes to the Form I-9 for all *** new hires within the United States. This will include reviewing the Form I-9 for accuracy, filing the physical Form I-9, and helping new hires and the business with completing the Form I-9.
  • You will assist the HR Services Team Lead with an internal Form I-9 audit. This will include manually going through existing Form I-9s and checking to make sure that all Form I-9s have been populated correctly by the employee and ***, making sure all Form I-9s have supporting documents, and Form I-9 reverification steps.
  • You will process new hires, status changes, benefits enrollment and changes, termination of employment, and other employee changes throughout the employee life cycle.
  • You will collaborate with payroll, IT, facilities, and other departments on new hires, terminations, and other related employee changes.
  • You will ensure compliance by conducting audits of HR data.
  • You will support TA with offer generation, ensuring policy compliance and meeting SLAs.

Additional Job Details:

  • Experience with the Form I-9 and the processes around how it is completed
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources through internships or real-world experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills and an attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and 0-1 years' experience in a Human Resources role Nice-to-have
  • Experience with the E-verify system
  • Prior audit experience
