As a Time Away Specialist, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You will promote and maintain, through interactions with others, a positive, professional, team-oriented, and service-conscious environment that contributes to the goals of the department and reflects the values of the organization.

Duties

  • Collaborate closely with our key partners on the end-to-end design and launch of new and improved employee experiences across time away benefit programs (e.g. vacation time, sick time, holidays, etc.) with frequent consultation with the team manager and senior members of the Benefits Delivery team for support
  • Leverages key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences prioritized in the appropriate governing body
  • Act as an escalation point for time away programs
  • Provides best-in-class guidance and support to employees and managers on cases that require subject matter expertise
  • Conducts ongoing audits to ensure that time away programs are aligned with payroll and other partner expectations.
  • Focus on managing robust and compliant time away processes in partnership with our program administrators, and in alignment with payroll operations.
  • Serve as an expert on Americas time off programs and Workday management of programs. identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic enhancements.
  • Establishes cross-functional relationships to serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to key partners
  • Partner with technical teams and payroll to ensure accuracy of employee data and functionality of electronic data interfaces with partner vendors
  • Consistently applies Intuit policies and standards to situations

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Required Education: Associates Degree
  • 4+ years of Absence Management or relevant experience
  • Previous experience with HRIS/Payroll systems; Workday workforce management module experience preferred
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Operational excellence, including end-to-end process and workflow management
  • Strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills (written, verbal and visual
