Calling all HRIS Specialists! Do you possess 3 years of HRIS experience with analytics, reporting and attention to detail? HRIS Administrator needed for expanding Healthcare company located in Elmhurst. Exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced HRIS employee seeking growth with potential leadership duties. Job Duties:
- Respond to emails from the HR inbox
- Proficient in multiple ATS systems, partner with payroll and heavy Excel
- Answer general company policy questions
- Identify trends of common issues and prepare training aids to assist employees
- Run weekly reports to audit New Hire, Job Changes, and Termination information
- Support the leadership team
- Between 3-5 years of HRIS experience
- Analytical in nature, run reports, troubleshoot, data entry, work with managers and payroll
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- No task is too small attitude, energetic and friendly
- Able to work in office every day
- Desire to grow and potential take on leadership role
