Background & Purpose of the Job
As the Hub Performance Marketing Associate Manager - Deo , you will play a key role driving performance marketing across Deodorant category campaigns end to end. This is a key role in the Personal Care Digital Hub. You’ll quarterback the optimization of full funnel activation, leveraging with audience, media, and cultural insight to learn and dynamically make our marketing more effective.

- You are a passionate Digital Marketer with understanding of varied digital disciplines like audience segmentation and strategy, CRM, search, measurement & optimization, performance marketing and e-Commerce.
- You LOVE marketing. You think and act strategically and creatively. You Get On The Front Line, providing world-class brand experiences and a deep understanding of what drives and influences sales and an outstanding consumer experience.
- You bring teams together serving as a vital connector to develop truly holistic plans. You’ll quarterback a squad of subject matter experts, partnering with Media, Audience, Content, Measurement and Brand peers to ensure campaigns reach consumers in compelling, creative ways that maximize returns.
- You are a true media enthusiast, who is passionate about pop culture and eager to pioneer trend-led and innovative approaches across platforms. You will constantly identify opportunities to test & learn with content, audiences and channels to better understand consumer insights and make data driven decisions.
The scope of the Media Optimization Associate includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Full Funnel Holistic Planning – Own the full funnel planning process for Deodorants, stewarding the full funnel brief process with Brand, Shopper marketing and Hub peers, delivering holistic full funnel learning plans for campaigns with aligned KPIs and optimization cadence across channels and stages in funnel.
- Performance Marketing – Drive iterative performance optimization cadence in partnership with agency, media, audience, content and measurement partners to dynamically improve performance across category activation by optimizing the quality of mix, targeting and allocation of investment.
- Digital and Marketing Thought Leadership – Drive digital thought leadership for Deodorants through engagement with key media platform partners, driving evangelism in the marketing community, collaboration with marketing technology to deliver elevated experiences in digital, and identifying opportunities to experiment within programming.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience across the Marketing, Digital or eCommerce landscape
- Strong business and analytical acumen
- Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing
- Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary and often global Digital projects
- Strong influencing capability and emotional intelligence
- Resolve and commitment to deliver with accountability and responsibility
