Positive Overview:

The Human Resource Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties. This position will help with recruitment and record maintenance as well as to provide clerical support to the Human Resource Manager.

This position will also maintain the front desk to sign in visitors, sort mail and notify managers when an appointment has arrived. Responsibilities include making sure each visitor that is going on the plant floor has protective gear and safety glasses. The receptionist needs to confirm that each visitor signs out upon leaving the premises.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments,
maintaining records and information.

· Maintains employee information on Employee Benefit Spreadsheet for new hires. Assist
as needed with open enrollment.

· Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.

· Organizes work.

· Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains supplies for the Human
Resource Department.

· Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource
information confidential.

· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Education, Experience:

· High School Diploma

· 2 -3 years’ experience in a human resource role or receptionist position.

· Candidate must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
