Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Human Resources Coordinator.
The HR Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.
- Answers and supports employees with different employment queries
- Maintain HR files (personnel, training, I-9 Forms, etc. for Intercos and Agency
- Receives and distributes office correspondence to ensure prompt action is taken
- Supports department with the generation of miscellaneous documents and correspondence
- Supports onboarding: processes required paperwork for employees, new hires, separations.
- May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
- Handles miscellaneous HR department purchases
- Maintain/organizes human resources filing system
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Maintain training matrix

- Associates Degree
- General office administrative knowledge
- 2 - 3 years of experience administrative experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent follow through skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
