Our employee-owned and multi-disciplined team of engineering and design professionals has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a highly-collaborative group of HR professionals!
As a member of our team, you will be exposed to and become involved with a variety of responsibilities and projects that touch all aspects of Human Resources. In collaboration with each member of our team, you will support current business operations and influence strategic organizational initiatives by contributing to the administration, development, and enhancement of the deliverables our team is responsible for as it relates to organizational effectiveness, DE&I, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and occupational health and safety. Through your involvement in all these focus areas, you will have the opportunity to connect with employees throughout the firm - from recent college graduates to executives and from Minnesota to locations throughout the country.

Required Qualifications.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to participate in and contribute to team discussions, interact with employees at all levels within an organization, and engage with candidates and incoming employees.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop professional and articulate communications and correspondences and recognize proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and function independently.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-past environment; attention to detail, professionalism, and aptitude to assimilate new information.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Advantageous Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate, professional services, creative, or technology related environment.
- Previous experience working with ADP Workforce Now.
- Previous experience working with candidate or talent management platforms.
