Human Resources Manager responsibilities include:
- Effectively establish a rapport with employees and partners
- Recruit, train and retain employees
- Understand, adhere and reinforce established FirstLight
policies and procedures
- Maintain employee benefit programs and contracts,
and recommend new programs to management
- Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college and/or
human resources certifications, PHR or SHRM-CP
- Two to five years of related human resources compliance
experience and/or training
- Management experience in a team-orientated workplace
- Skills to understand the level of commitment, dedication and
consistency of human resources
- Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
