The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining accurate logs on all equipment in hospital (or equivalent commercial setting) and providing for a safe working environment. Maintaining and repairing equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintaining the building and its related systems. Must be certified and/or licensed in HVAC.

1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.

Hospital or Commercial Bldg HVAC Technician.
The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining accurate logs on all equipment in hospital (or equivalent commercial setting) and providing for a safe working environment. Maintaining and repairing equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintaining the building and its related systems. Must be certified and/or licensed in HVAC.
Education and Work Experience:
- Five (5) years experience in a healthcare (or equivalent commercial building) setting.
- Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Certified and/or licensed in HVAC.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience level:
- 5 years
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work setting:
- In-person
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riverdale, GA 30274: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Healthcare Setting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Commercial Building Maintenance: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Egineering License (trade specific) (Preferred)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
2. Valid state driver’s license.
3. Minimum 3 years’ commercial HVAC experience required.
4. High school diploma or equivalent required.
