Job Overview:
As the Scheduler/Administrative Support in the Bureau of Clinical Operation, Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the Bureau of Clinical Operation services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, and designing filing systems
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling field reviewers’ appointments
- Operating scheduling system
- Tracking review project appointments and completion rates
- Maintaining phone lines by answering phone calls as well as taking and delivering messages
- Completing consumer reminder calls
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- Taking meeting minutes
- Maintaining files
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed

Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
- Or 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2,16872.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
