This hire will be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of an escrow team. They will be responsible for closing vacation ownership transactions (real property and personal property) and issuing title insurance in accordance with divisional guidelines.
Job Description
Essential Functions
- Manages the operating activities of the escrow department to provide best in class service within the desired timeframe
- Assures that all employees within area of responsibility are working towards a common goal
- Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization and personnel
- Collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business
- Advises team and handles non-routine matters
- Builds out new projects within the utilized systems
- Creates and implements new processes in accordance with divisional guidelines
- Reviews processes for compliance and efficiency; processes may include preparation of closing documents, escrow deposit handling, quality assurance and specialized workflows as provided for in client service level agreements
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Solid administrative skills; management skills
- Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects in area of functional expertise.
- Strong Excel, project management and data analysis skills in order to accomplish the essential functions of this position
- Actively recruits, retains and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict and fosters collaboration.
- Drives and models customer loyalty, manages customer expectations, solicits customer feedback and ensures commitments are met.
Typical Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Range of Experience
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
- Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Middle Management level
Pay Range: $67,000 - $98,500 annually
This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
