The role: Ice Cream Crew

We are currently seeking an ice cream maker to oversee and fulfill the production and assembly of Churn Soft Serve & Coffee/lloyd pastry products. This position will be responsible for using their experience and creativity to master and execute the production needs of lloyd Products, Inc. This will be done by working closely with members of management to ensure orders are planned and fulfilled timely while maintaining consistent quality of products.

Qualified candidates should have a Pastry degree or equivalent experience and/or training and experience in the food service/hospitality industry. Experience with culinary management and supervising a team of 3 or more crew members is preferred. Must have some flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by production needs.
