The Craft Creamery is looking for its next fun-loving and ice cream addicted employee for its Ice Cream Crafter position. In this position, our Crafters help us bring the craft and novelty of unique ice cream flavors to Point Loma. In this position, you must be willing to have a good time, make amazing human connections and (most importantly) taste the best and most unique ice cream flavors from across the United States.

The Craft Creamery is Point Loma's newest craft ice cream and coffee shop offering specialty ice cream flavors and craft coffee from across the United States. The Craft Creamery strives to bring the next level of excitement and adventure through its rotating flavors and exploration of creameries nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of ice cream in a fast-paced but easy-going environment.
• Work as a team to convey the stories and flavors of craft ice creamy shops throughout the United States.
• Assist in the crafting of coffee drinks and the creation of an artistic and conducive environment.

Special Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand and bend over for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (life, carry, move) up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
• Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, ice cream scooper, espresso machine and other necessary equipment.
• The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.
