The Identity Access Management Analyst role will work with technical staff and leadership to construct and manage Identity Access Management capabilities. Develop processes in alignment with Birdsong Health Benefits requirements and lead the enhancement and maturation of those capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and support global identity and access management solutions.
• Provide direction, task assignment, and technical oversight to team members on the use, setup, and process around identity and access management.
• Provide technical expertise for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Centralize identity and access governance in support of business, security, and regulatory requirements
• Develop processes and automation to support account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification, onboarding, and bulk account attribute configuration
• Manage Authentication product and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and processes
• Leverage functionality provided by enterprise directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, etc.

Qualifications:

· Strong written and oral communications skills

· Strong personal initiative

· In depth knowledge and experience with Okta setup and administration

· In depth knowledge and experience with Active Directory setup and administration

· Knowledge of how various authentication schemes function and interact (SAML, OAuth, ADFS, etc.)

· 4+ years in an Identity Access Management role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,933.63 - $130,000.00 per year
