Short Description: Deployment Room Imaging Tech - images PCs.

Complete Description:

This position will be responsible for imaging new and used PC hardware. This position will be responsible for updating job orders and checking out PC hardware to IOT techs. Will process PC returns by scanning and updating PC inventory records. Will update inventory counts for PC accessories in the Deployment Room. Packages and sends PC hardware via couriers to Agency Sites throughout the State. Customer service is also a crucial element for this position. This position will perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION :

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. Advanced experience, and advanced knowledge of the following: PC-Desktops and Laptops, peripherals, and client/server technology.

Industry recognized certifications such as A+, Network +, or MCSE are a benefit. Understanding of Internet technologies beneficial. Hands on experience supporting the Microsoft Office Suite. Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills are required.

The position requires physical activity. The employee is required to lift CPUs, monitors and laptops. Must stage PC equipment on imaging table. - Required

Must be detail oriented and following imaging script and checklist - Required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
