POSITION DESCRIPTION

Hours: 8-5pm open for OT

PAY $18//HR

Fills client company positions by determining hiring requirements; planning and implementing recruiting campaigns; targeting, contacting, and qualifying candidates. Developing a network of resources for recruiting and ongoing staffing needs. Develops a strong “grass roots” recruiting plan and adheres to the plan for a successful method o f recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies recruiting sources by determining current needs; locating and evaluating sources; matching job qualifications and requirements with likely candidate sources.
• Manage full cycle recruitment process in a fast‐paced environment: including developing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing, extending offers, background screening procedures, scheduling pre employment drug and physical screening
• Participates in special projects as assigned and/or needed
• Conduct background, Drug Screen and reference checks. Document and execute results in a timely manner.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process (i.e. communicates status, answers questions).
• Maintains and processes employee files in a timely and confidential manner.
• Must be a self‐starter who is extremely organized and detail oriented
• Provide organized reports that clearly demonstrate recruitment progress to Recruiting Director
• Ability to travel, locally, daily. Travel could be, but not limited to, job fairs, job sites, “grass roots recruiting” (distributing flyers), and other various locations
