THE OPPORTUNITY

WorkBoard helps organizations define, align, and manage strategic outcomes through its strategic execution platform and services. The WorkBoard buyer is typically the CEO or GM of a business unit and the WorkBoard application is deployed to all employees under the P&L owner. As an Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your mastery of outcomes, timelines, and change management to influence how companies achieve their business strategies. You will develop key relationships with other customer-facing WorkBoard team members. Together, you will guide customers through the customer's launch, embedding WorkBoard within their operating cadence through thoughtful activation plays and a robust change management plan.

COMING IN

  • 5+ years of overall work experience with 1-2 years in implementation, customer success, and/or project management
  • You have experience with a high-growth SaaS technology company and have an arsenal of successful communication and change management tactics that have driven successful application adoption and valuable customer experiences
  • You can quickly identify issues and triage as necessary, pulling in the right partners to drive resolution
  • You are a highly organized, disciplined self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • You can deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership over assigned tasks
  • You are a driver and project manager extraordinaire who can ensure the team meets its timelines and outcomes

YOU'LL BE SUPER SKILLED AND EFFECTIVE AT

  • Using your expertise to create and drive program structure, navigating cross-functional teams toward successful execution
  • Creating and managing a program plan with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Inventing, testing, and documenting program team best practices for scalability
  • Managing relationships both internally and externally to make progress in your accounts
  • Understanding the levers for adoption, activation, and consumption of WorkBoard

WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU'LL

  • Attend new-hire immersion training and be certified as a WorkBoard Expert and OKR Coach to build a deep understanding of our buyer, their pain points, our methodology, and how we work as a team
  • Know the roles and responsibilities for each member of your account team
  • Understand the success plan and value that each of your customers is looking to achieve in the quarter
  • Create and a detailed implementation plan with milestones for two of your customers
  • Meet with 5 enthusiastic WorkBoard customers and shadow 5 Program Meetings to understand team dynamics and how we help
  • Be a daily user of WorkBoard

WITHIN THREE MONTHS YOU'LL

  • Be a valued partner by leading a full schedule of implementation plans with your customers, setting the foundation for high consumption and value from the WorkBoard platform
  • Focus ensuring the top elements that drive towards the exit criteria for a successful customer launch
  • Identify at least three WorkBoard delivery practices to scale our program for future growth

WITHIN SIX MONTHS YOU'LL

  • You will have launched (at least) five customers, transitioning accordingly to CSM
  • Successfully delivered 5 engagements with transition to CSM
  • Implement and operationalize 2-3 of the delivery efficiencies you identified in your first 3 months
  • Know two dozen Sr. Director and VP level WorkBoard champions that you can tap for insights, references, and case studies to express the business value WorkBoard is helping them drive for their company
  • Guide your account teams towards a variety of different tactics and activities influencing account health metrics (activation, MAU, ARR, references)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $115,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
