The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $209,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Work you'll do
- Oversee OCM efforts and teams for the client's large cloud system implementation project
- Work closely with the Implementation Support BPR and Implementation Managers to ensure that OCM activities are coordinated and communicated within and across the implementation support teams, contractors, and other client stakeholders
- Plan, prepare, and execute all OCM activities and associated deliverables for implementation support
- Ensure that OCM planning, execution, and review activities are completed on schedule
- Align client stakeholders, increase awareness and adoption of the changes, provide opportunities for client stakeholder involvement in the changes, and provide opportunities for change leadership
- Understand as-is and to-be business processes and activities required to migrate the client to their new cloud system
- Develop and implementing OCM and gap analysis strategies for a large end user base
- Provide subject matter expertise in state government health and human services systems
- Assist with business development efforts as needed
- Support nationally-distributed virtual teams across different time zones and travel occasionally for onsite meetings

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- No less than three years of experience developing OCM plans and delivering OCM services
- No less than three years of experience in a leadership role developing and implementing OCM and gap analysis strategies on a project with over 1,000 concurrent end users
- No less than four years of experience with state government health and human services IT systems projects, either directly supporting the state's HHS IT systems or supporting the state as an end client in a consulting capacity
- Travel up to 20%
Preferred:
- Prior management consulting experience, especially for a state government client
- Relevant OCM certifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
