Incentives Analyst

Experience:

2 - 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in data-driven, automotive and/or finance-related environment Experience working with and managing complex data structures Experience summarizing and explaining analytical summaries ideally to non-technical audiences Experience delivering quality work in a high pressure, time sensitive and deadline-driven environment

Required Skills:

• Ability to understand complex data structures and manage those data structures.
• Ability to diagnose issues and make recommendations for improvements to data and data structures.
• Ability to summarize and explain summaries and issues related to the above data topics.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore, learn and understand new systems, data sources and approaches to improve planning, forecasting and data summaries/visualization.

Required Specialized Skills:
1) Demonstrated experience working with large complex datasets and ideally databases
2) Demonstrated experience working with teams outside of core responsibility team to better understand business operations and how to make efficiency improvements
3) Demonstrated experience creating data summaries for presentations
4) Demonstrated Excel modelling capability including experience with vlookups, pivot tables, etc.

Desired Specialized Skills:
1) Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP SAC, Tableau and Power BI.
2) Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and data summaries for audiences outside of direct area of expertise.
3) Experience with data and system mapping and changeovers.
4) Experience with VB Macros.

Required Education:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Finance or Business Operations

Desired Education:

• Coursework in: Finance, Accounting, and Data Analysis and Business Information Systems/Management

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
