Job Summary:

Raytheon is currently seeking an INDOPACOM Program Director to lead the product area portfolio. This position has a high degree of responsibility in a rapidly growing and complex international business environment. You will provide overall leadership to program managers and program integrators in the INDOPACOM area and will be accountable and responsible for overall growth in this critical market while maintaining flawless execution of existing Patriot and HAWK programs. This growth is not limited to Patriot and HAWK; it includes the additional capabilities to meet the defense needs of INDOPACOM.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Responsible for setting program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program growth and execution by multifunctional team(s) and sub-contractors with operations in Andover, MA and other LW&AD/supplier/customer locations.
• Build strong relationships with industrial partners along with the USG and end user customer.
• Leverage the relationships developed as a result of being the primary contact with INDOPACOM leadership for execution to enable growth. This will be accomplished by meeting contractual commitments including the financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance using the approved business model and management tools including EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc.
• Establish an executable baseline, generate Integrated Master Schedule/Integrated Master Plan (IMS/IMP), manage program risks and opportunities, set milestones, and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules.
• Use approved control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken and ensures the meeting of contract commitments.
• Supervise and integrate the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and functional organizations.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on program performance, AOP forecasting at Monthly Operating Reviews and EAC reviews.
• Ability to travel domestic and international on average 25% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 14 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for DoD programs
• Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, and/or IMP/IMS tools and processes
• International program management, capture management, and/or growth execution experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

• Program Management Level 3 Certified or equivalent with ability to obtain PM Certification Level 2 within 1 year
• Experience with growing the business, e.g., capture, proposal management, shaping campaigns; revenue growth through multiple avenues (for example, market/customer base expansion, additional services/support, increased system capability and modernization)
• Successful demonstration of preparing, managing and presenting required Gate reviews to leadership
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience managing innovative solutions to technical problems
• Experience in building and leading a multi-disciplined team including members from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
• CMX training for Strategic Pursuits and/or Campaigns or the ability to obtain within one year
• Experience utilizing Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), or equivalent resources

Location Information: This role is hybrid located in Tewksbury, MA and requires ability to work onsite.
