Job Description:

Design and implement tooling/process for manufacturing.

Define trace-ability elements and design routings for the Manufacturing Data System for the new product. Coordinate MDS improvements implementation. Develop Validation protocols, conduct test and release test reports.

Assist in recording and documenting automated processes that are in development or already in production.

Assist in fabrication of new automated equipment and processes.

Participate and contribute to continuous improvement teams/efforts.

Perform Ad Hoc Projects.

Research of new automation solutions and products.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (Master a plus) in engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Must have minimum 3+years combined experience and knowledge in PCB, SMT, PCBA process.

Be detail oriented, team player, flexible and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are required in interacting with team members and customers.

Must possess ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Enhance current processes by recommending new manufacturing equipment / technology

Salary Range(annual): $77,000 - $91,000
