Job Description:

The Security Governance Consultant, working under the direction of the Manager, Security Governance, Compliance & Risk, will execute the Information Security risk and compliance duties. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting on information security risks. Primary Duties: o Responsible for assessing and reporting risk. o Identifies emergent risks and executes system/application compliance assessments and works with management to establish remediation plans and timelines. Executes the information security awareness program, in conjunction with the Office of Privacy and acts as an ambassador of the Information Security function. Participates in information security projects. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. 3+ years’ experience in information security and compliance. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred. Experience with regulatory/compliance IT frameworks, including SOX; GLBA; PCI, ISO 27001/27002, FFIEC IT Handbooks, COBIT, ITIL. Working knowledge of a variety of Information Security tools and systems. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment.

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
