JOB DUTIES:

• Promptly responding to any concerns regarding software or hardware used in the operation of the Company regardless of timing of the issue
• Processing daily/routine tasks as designated by the Information Systems Manager
• Preparing reports from the information systems as specified by senior management
• Analyzing Company data in a manner that is useful to senior management
• Assisting in providing customer service as needed, and ensuring the execution of retailer orders
• Solving software and hardware problems to ensure a complete resolution of the issue
• Maintaining the database in Route Accounting System and monitoring the database to ensure accurate customer reporting to the Companys supplier and excellent customer service
• Keeping current on software upgrades for the Companys equipment, while teaching new equipment users how to use the software in an efficient manner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support of Company information systems software and hardware
• Management of Route Accounting System database
• Knowledge of information systems software and the ability to train others
• Generating reports as needed by senior management
• Monitoring and verifying system back-ups

• Proficient oral/written communication skills
• Ability and commitment to respond and work off-hours and on weekends
• Ability to analyze problems to reach a conclusion
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Employee does not pose a direct threat to the safety or health of him/herself or of others
• B.S./B.A. preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Android and Apple iOS is beneficial
• Past computer and analyst skills is beneficial
• Ability to be issued and hold an Indiana Salesmans Permit Pursuant to 905 IAC 1-8
• Must be able to constantly maintain a motor vehicle record that is satisfactory to management
• Must be able to constantly maintain a motor vehicle record that meets requirements of companys insurance carriers
