Job description
The Injection Technician is responsible for the hands-on operation and maintenance of automated injection molding equipment.

You Will
-
Hands-on operation of automated injection molding equipment which includes Husky injection presses and resin drying system.

Perform basic troubleshooting
-
Make basic mechanical and process adjustment on machinery in the designated work area.

Performs quality control checks, and helps maintain customer requirements, according to specifications.

Involved with preventative maintenance and TPM
-
Assist with changeovers as needed

Performs work in a safe manner and is responsible for following all safety policies and procedures.
You Have
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate’s Degree in Plastics Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or a similar technical area highly preferred. Background experience will be considered

Must be able to work off shifts on a hybrid schedule (4 8-hour shifts and 5 12-hour shifts in a two-week period)

Previous injection experience and mechanical aptitude is required.

Ability to troubleshoot and making necessary adjustments
