  • Conduct and integrate usability, research, and market analysis to define innovation requirements and quantify expected benefits.
  • Gain a deep understanding of leading-edge technologies in construction and development (i.e., sustainable materials and practices, robotics, AR/VR) and their real-world challenges and applications for Prologis, including how to convert them into actionable results.
  • Gather and analyze large quantities of information, synthesizing data into thoughtful and compelling visions with economics and business plans.
  • Partner with internal teams (i.e. Energy, ESG, Ventures) and work collaboratively across development functions and geographies to develop and align on global innovation programs and multi-level communication plans.
  • Create and manage overall innovation strategy in the Americas and update Development Management leadership regularly on progress.
  • Identify innovation best-practices both within and external to Prologis; collaborate with key partners to ensure standard methodologies are widely accepted by Prologis’ groups, segments and subsidiaries.
  • Serve as consultant and subject matter authority on evolving technology to internal project teams. Stay well informed on evolving technologies in the market while also communicating the value.
  • Lead the scaling of 4 innovation initiatives annually and establish partnerships with internal businesses to support our corporate innovation goals.

  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in commercial construction industry, building design, product development or real estate/construction consulting.
  • Passion for and relevant professional experience in innovation, results-driven analytical approach, strong customer focus, and agility.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills; strong attention to detail, organized, deadline driven, self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects with contending priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team player, including the ability to quickly establish rapport with all stakeholders, including members of our management teams and senior executives.
