Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Reports to: Branch Manager
Summary:The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned to specific sales territory and maintains current customer accounts as well as developing new accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will represent RMS Crane & Rigging for the purpose of obtaining orders for our commercial construction Crane and Rigging services. Developing and penetrating new clients with the intent of establishing long-term relationships.

Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Perform all your responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
- Attains assigned territory sales objectives through territory management, planning, and development.
- Prepares quotes and coordinates with the dispatch office.
- Ability to read, interpret, and determine that an assigned crane can perform the lift by utilizing the Manufacture's load charts.
- Ability to verbally communicate safety issues to customers and internal workers.
- Answer incoming calls or emails, sizing crane work, and scheduling jobs with customers.
- Forward the bigger or more complex jobs to project managers as necessary.
- Use Docusign to set up new customers or COD accounts or send credit apps as needed.
- Input pertinent job information into FCC.
- Determine appropriate crane for a task, prepare quotes and coordinate with the dispatch office.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- College or technical school degree preferred, and/or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of commercial construction sales preferred.
- 3 years of crane operations, and proper rigging techniques preferred.

- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Public presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of credit acquisition techniques and formalities within the company.
