SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Manager sets our broad strategy for the management of our small to mid-size accounts. By partnering with your Regional Team, this position will be responsible for account planning, forecasting, performance management to drive continued growth, coaching, team and process development, and grow sales to meet profit target.
- We offer a competitive salary with a range of $115,000-$130,000 based on experience and skill set.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions:
Partner with the Regional Sales Director to develop the inside sales strategy and goals for the region.
Assess and optimize sales process – develop and implement specialized sales strategies to improve efficiency and expanding business for the overall region to achieve optimum profit level.
Build product and market knowledge – understanding market trends, industry news and competition; analyze information to develop smart decisions to tackle the market to meet demands.
Identify accounts that could be managed by an Inside Sales Representative and support the transition activities involved in changing the customer support.
Provide regional support to team with best practices and training for inside sales practices and processes based on result-driven data.
Engage with internal departments to attain company sales goals and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Support the onsite sales team as a leader in the sales organization.
Participate in people management activities led by the Regional Directors.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communication is strongly preferred
Experience / Abilities:
3-5 years of related sales experience
Experience in Direct/Distribution Sales and/or Packaging industry or similar industry is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership
Ability to influence others to execute plans
Experience implementing new process and effective new performance plans
Customer-focused
Adaptable with ability to problem solve
Some traveling may be required
Computer skills:
Proficiency in MS Suite products
Knowledge of ERP Systems or Sales Management Software is a plus
